SYNOPSIS:
Alison has purchased some love dust from a fortune teller. She catches the Staten Island Ferry, with the intention of sprinkling it on a good-looking Wall Street trader, but her best laid plans are laid to waste when Joe, a ferry employee, falls in love with her, instead.
